I have seen many recipes for Vegan Rice Krispie Treats, but most don’t include marshmallows! Which is fine, but I wanted to make a recipe for truly ooey…gooey…marshmallowy treats. They are just a little different than regular homemade Rice Krispie Treats, because vegan marshmallows work slightly differently. But they actually turn out BETTER, because the vegan marshmallows create chunks of gooey goodness that is completely irresistible!
