The first time I made this dip, it literally disappeared within 5 minutes, and that was just with my family–like, 2 adults, 3 children. I guarantee you, if you make this dip, you will become everyone’s favorite person. You will win friends. You will influence people. This dip is the Giant Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies of dips.
You’re going to need a package of cream cheese (softened to room temperature or pop it into the microwave for 20 seconds or so), some parsley, basil, and oregano, some grated parmesan, grated mozzarella, pepperoni slices, green peppers, black olives, and onions (not pictured.) Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, oregano, parsley, and basil.
Spread the mixture onto the bottom of a 9″ pie plate.
Sprinkle half of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of the cream cheese.
Top the cheeses with pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese, then spread the pepperoni evenly on top, then sprinkle with onion, peppers, and olives.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve immediately with slices of warmed baguette, breadsticks, or crackers.
