Tiktok Ramen

After posting our TikTok pasta, I got a lot of requests for TikTok Ramen. I had never heard of it, but after a little digging, I discovered that it was basically amped up ramen noodles with an egg for protein. You could also add all sorts of veggies–stir-fry the ginger and garlic with a little coleslaw mix, carrots, peas, etc. This is a great recipe to teach kids basic kitchen skills–I’ve also included ingredients to make a single serving because it’s one of our favorite quick lunches or dinners....

15 Minute Paprika Chicken

Can I just tell you how funny it is to hear a 2-year-old say paprika? J has been a late talker compared to M, who was very verbal, very early. He’s taking his time and I’m not the least bit concerned, but man, it makes for some hilarity. (And also confusion. Sometimes I have no idea what he’s saying!) Depending on the day, he will say, with enthusiasm, “Preeka!” “Pap-park!...
