0 0 Published Jun 05, 2024, Updated Jul 12, 2024 The recipe I’m sharing today is overnight oats with yogurt, which combines creamy vanilla yogurt with old fashioned rolled oats and milk for a creamy and satisfying breakfast that you can make ahead of time. I can’t wait for you to try this one. I know you’re going to love how simple it is! One of the main reasons I love this recipe so much is that you only need three simple ingredients! Here’s what you need:

old fashioned rolled oats – the base of the overnight oats, providing a hearty and chewy texture. Make sure to use certified gluten-free oats if needed. milk – i like unsweetened almond milk, but feel free to use your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk (coconut milk, oat milk, cashew milk, soy milk, etc.). I would just recommend using an unsweetened milk as to not add too much extra sugar. vanilla Greek yogurt – adds tons of creaminess, a boost of protein and a nice vanilla flavor. I used full-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, but 2% is also a good option. If you don’t have vanilla Greek yogurt, you can use plain Greek yogurt, but you might want to add a dash of vanilla extract and hint of sweetener like maple syrup or honey.

How to Meal Prep & Store Leftovers

This recipe makes one serving, but you can easily triple or quadruple the recipe to make a bigger batch for meal prep! When stored in a sealed container (I personally like using wide mouth 16 oz Mason jars) in the refrigerator overnight oats should last for up to 5 days.
