fresh, firm fish fillets – you can use salmon, red snapper or cod lime vegetables – garlic, onion and tomato. herbs and spices– rosemary, thyme, parsley and paprika.
What to Serve With Baked Fish
You really can’t go wrong with any sort of vegetable or grain as a side with this baked fish recipe. The herby, tomato topping with fresh lime juice does have a Caribbean vibe going on which makes me want to serve this dish with rice (maybe even coconut rice) and black beans. It would also be tasty with roasted zucchini and squash or roasted sweet potatoes.
