A gluten-free, healthy, Low GI, protein packed vegetarian breakfast option. These savory crepes are very easy to make if you have the batter ready at home. I usually prep for the breakfast night before and soak moong dal. Sometimes if i have time I grind it and keep the batter ready in the fridge. So if you have moong dal cheela batter ready in your refrigerator, all you need is few minutes to cook a healthy breakfast for the family.
