A few months ago, I made this amazing White Chocolate Cocktail inspired by my Sri Lankan Falooda drink, but never got around to publishing it on the blog until recently. It’s a delightfully delicious, sweet, creamy, floral white chocolate cocktail flavored with a rose syrup made from scratch and it also has a very romantic feel to it because of that gorgeous red, pink colors.
