Refrigerate: Let the egg white bites cool completely, then store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to 5 days. Freeze: For longer storage, freeze the egg white bites on a baking sheet until solid, then transfer them to a freezer-safe bag or container. They can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat: To reheat, microwave for 20-30 seconds or until warm. You can also reheat them in the oven at 350°F until warmed to your preference.
