Do not pour hot oil over cold yogurt. Allow the chilli oil to cool slightly before pouring over yogurt. If you do not have greek yogurt You can use strained yogurt. Place a muslin cloth in a strainer or yogurt over it and strain the why to obtain a thick yogurt and use that.
