Bread- Brown bread/White bread/ Oas bread/ Milk bread/ or any other bread Sugar- you can go for brown sugar/coconut sugar/white sugar/or no sugar at all Milk: 1% milk or full fat milk as per your choice. Cinnamon Chocolate fudge spread Butter Honey- I am using maple syrup to serve but you can even go for honey or whipped cream if you wish to.

This way you can even eliminate the excessive refined sugar because would give the same amount of sweetness If you don’t want the unnecessary calories from the butter, there’s a way to make the same chocolate french toast but with olive oil. Olive oil is one of the healthiest oils and is considered a good option if you’re looking to lose weight and diet. If you’re gluten intolerant, the bread could be replaced with ragi or millet bread and the recipe would remain the same.

Serving Suggestions
I love to serve these buttery delights with a layer of fruits and honey. But there’s always room for customization. Cut it from the middle into two pieces and sprinkle powdered sugar and honey. To top it off, you can go for tiny slices of banana or berries.
Top Tip
Because of the chocolate and sugar in the egg mixture, as well as the heated oil, it can quickly go from perfect to scorched. Make sure you keep an eye on Chocolate French Toast while it cooks.
Storage
Store the french toast in an airtight container and place it in the fridge. It stays good for 2-3 days When eating, heat it in a pan on low flame. These ingredients don’t stand up well to freezing.
