Why I love this recipe
It makes my avocado toast a breeze in the morning! Only 4 ingredients and stays fresh for 4 days in the refrigerator. If you have ripe avocados that are ready to be used, make this spread; it will last for days. No more wasted avocados because they all ripened at once. It’s a super-simple party dip or after school snack.
How to make avocado spread
Slice the avocados in half, remove and set the pits aside, and scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado flesh until it’s as chunky or smooth as you like. Stir the lime juice, garlic, and salt into the mash. Use it right away or store it for later.
