How to Serve
This salmon can be paired with so many different sides! I love serving it with a grain and a veggie, but feel free to get creative! Here are some ideas:
Rice: Brown rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice. Salad: Pair it with my garlicky kale salad, this arugula salad or even my farro salad (another favorite for my kiddos). Vegetables: We love pairing salmon with veggies like roasted broccoli, sautéed vegetables, roasted carrots, roasted brussels sprouts, air fryer zucchini or air fryer vegetables.
How to Store and Meal Prep
This salmon works great as a meal prep recipe! Just prepare and cook the salmon as directed below, then let it cool slightly before storing it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. You’ll have perfectly cooked and delicious salmon to eat any night (or day!) of the week. To reheat, add salmon to a skillet over medium heat until warm throughout or pop back in the air fryer for a few minutes. Just be careful not to overcook so that it doesn’t dry out.
