I love spring salads (like this amazing asparagus salad or this light strawberry spinach salad) and I definitely go crazy for summer salads (like my Mexican street corn salad or this caprese salad), but fall salads are simply the best. I’m talking big salads with flavorful fall farmer’s market finds like dark leafy greens, crisp apples, root veggies and roasted kabocha squash. Swoon!
