Healthy Banana Pudding

4.34 8 Published Jul 03, 2024, Updated Oct 31, 2024 Traditional banana pudding is made with sweetened condensed milk, instant vanilla pudding and cool whip, which isn’t exactly healthy, IMO! For the recipe I’m sharing today I swapped the sweetened condensed milk and instant vanilla pudding mix with vanilla Greek yogurt and then I used coco whip instead of cool whip. The end result was better than I expected. It still has that classic banana pudding flavor, but it’s lighter and is a dessert that I feel better about serving my kids....

And last night, I went to see a live performance of a music trio with an amazing guitarist. Homemade Angel Food Cake Recipe

This cake gets its angelic base from egg whites, which are whipped into fluffy clouds in a stand mixer. The dry ingredients are then folded in by hand. While you can make angel food cake in any tube pan, it sure makes it easy to have a pan made for this specific purpose. I bought this affordable one on amazon after seeing it was the recommended choice from the rigorous testing of lots of brands and styles at America’s Test Kitchen....

Hot Corn Dip

Ingredient and Equipment Notes You really only need a few things here, and this recipe is pretty flexible if you’d like to experiment with any flavor additions like spices or seasonings, or more heat! Corn – corn cut off the cob is preferable here, but that’s obviously not always available. When it’s not, I use frozen fresh corn. Personally, I dislike canned corn so I would avoid that. Onion – You can use yellow, white, or red onion along with green onions....

How To Build A Healthy Salad Eating Bird Food
