I wouldn’t say this is Chinese so much as it is “Asian-Inspired.” I got this recipe from Cooking Light a few years ago and it’s been a staple at our house ever since. And just so you know, Cooking Light doesn’t mean Cooking Gross. I would say (and I know Sara agrees with me) that some of the best recipes that I have come from Cooking Light.
